Architect
This role requires someone willing to take on new ideas filling in the blanks.
Construction knowledge is crucial…so is ability to co-ordinate projects, and understand building codes and regulations.
  • Open communication with senior management is crucial in ensuring the longevity in development of position.
  • Ability to make presentations internally and externally.
  • Traits such as high business ethics, commonsense, and strong work ethic are paramount.
  • You are to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Architecture/Building Design.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Capable of using Chief Architect in a working environment.
  • Accurate and timely completion of 2D and 3D detailed working drawings.
  • Experienced in Lake home or custom Residential construction.
  • Enthusiastic development of product and your role.
  • Ability to participate and be involved in the design process-independently when required.
  • Company documentation will be generated from a set of masters prepared in Chief Architect.
Minimum Job Requirements:

Design Drafting Manager will have at least 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. However, will entertain hiring the right college graduate.
Compensation:
