Most of our projects are long distance builds. Meaning BlueStone has had to develop excellent planning and communication skills to keep its customers fully informed. We constantly show you what is coming and provide you timely progress reports on what has taken place. Problems will be identified ahead of time and communicated to you clearly so that together we can take full advantage of the best options for solutions.
We are sensitive to your wants and needs. We understand our customers often would rather get exactly what they want, exactly how they want it. On one occasion we were asked to move an existing A-frame cabin… build a new foundation for a much larger, more sophisticated new lake home, and then merge the old with the new. Structurally this wasn’t the cheapest request nor easiest task to fulfill. It required a higher degree of construction/engineering expertise and management skill to pull it off. Results far outweighed cost for our customer.

We are seeing designs with open, spacious living areas and at the same time cozy places throughout. Lots of windows to bring nature close and lofts overlooking great rooms are popular.
