  2. Set preliminary design meeting. Bring notes, magazines pictures and scratch drawings to help designer get a feel of your wants and desires.
  3. Enter into Design Agreement with BlueStone.
  4. Get survey of lot.
  5. BlueStone drafts preliminary plans with ballpark project numbers.
  6. Enter into Construction Agreement with BlueStone.
  7. Final Construction Documents created.
  8. Engineering costs factored in.
  9. Get soil boring(s) done.
  10. Final Project costs identified.
  11. Construction Permit issued.
  12. Start Construction.
  13. Decision Pak sent ahead of time for you to indicate material selections.
  14. Cabinet and electrical walk through with customer.
  15. Final walk through identifying final punch list items.
  16. Job completion and project closing.
